Since we ship from overseas OEM manufacturers and vendors, there may be a delay in receiving the tracking number for certain items. This is because we need time to obtain the tracking information from our suppliers. Rest assured, we will provide you with the tracking number as soon as it becomes available.
Order Cancellation: Once your order has been shipped between warehouses, we are unable to process any cancellations. Once in transit, the items cannot be canceled. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before it is dispatched to avoid any inconvenience.
Sourcing and Delivery Process: To ensure competitive prices, the majority of our items are sourced directly from overseas OEM/ODM manufacturers. We work with major warehouses located in HQ ASIA and the USA. Once your order is ready, it will be delivered to your doorstep through a reliable courier service.
Standard Shipping and PAXI: For deliveries to regional and outlying towns, we utilize the standard shipping option. In such cases, your package will be delivered via PAXI, which is a local Pep store closest to your location. We cover the associated fees, ensuring a convenient and cost-effective shipping experience.
SA-Customs: Please be advised that your shipment will go through South African customs (SA-Customs). We take care of the customs fees on your behalf, so you won’t have to worry about paying them. This is part of our commitment to providing you with a hassle-free shopping experience.
